If you are getting below error while starting weblogic server
Weblogic Server Error: "unable to get file lock, will retry ..."
<BEA-141281> <unable to get file lock, will retry ...>
Go to <MW_Home>\user_projects\domins\base_domain\servers\<server_name>\tmp and remove <server_name>.lok
